Length and Method of Presentation:
Classroom: 30 min, Range: 1hr. Classroom/1hr. Live Fire 

Objective:
Provide the students with the knowledge and skills to properly operate their weapon mounted and/or handheld light in a reduced light environment.

Subjects covered: 

– Use of light concepts & tactics 

– Handheld vs. Pistol mounted lights 

– Choosing the right Lights 

– Handheld light techniques (Harries/FBI/Rogers-Surfire) 

– Pistol mounted light techniques 

– Live Fire Range Exercises 

Requirements: 

– Pistol & 100rds of ammunition 

-Eye & Ear protection 

-Pistol mounted light and/or Handheld light 

**Note: Holster draw is acceptable if you have a valid Fox Valley Draw Card**
