Mr. Inzerello brings over 40 years of firearm and armed security training. Wayne offers a unique method and wide variety of training. Students are treated with respect and no question is too trivial. While NRA and USCCA Standards are met in each training class, the unique training method allows Wayne to train each student according to their specific needs.
In addition, Wayne is a Certified NRA Instructor, Certified USCCA Instructor, Chief Range Safety Officer and Owner/Director of Training at Safe Shot Firearm Academy. He is also an Illinois, Arizona, Florida and Utah Conceal Carry Instructor.

Currently is a full-time Federal Law Enforcement Officer with over 20-years of firearms experience. Current member of a nationally recognized Special Response Time (SRT), and Task Force Officer serving criminal warrants. Former active-duty U.S. Army Infantryman, and former suburban police officer. Certified Firearms Instructor from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC Academy, Glynco, GA). Certified Field Maintenance Armorer (Primarily with Sig P320 series, P365 series, and Glock). Currently trains federal law enforcement officers with pistols and rifles (M4 style) in standard proficiency qualifications up to 100 yards, along with entry tactics (room clearing). FBI certified in Crisis Negotiation. Teaching in a classroom and range environment for most of working career. Not only training but being able to use my training in real life situations as weapons proficiency and tactics have evolved.

Currently is a full-time Federal Law Enforcement Officer with the Department of Homeland Security with over 26-years of firearms experience who is currently supervising a Task force Unit. Served in the United States Marine Corp from 1990-1996 with 2nd Marine Division 24th Marines as a member of the Surveillance and Target Acquisition Platoon (STA) in the Gulf War as a Scout Sniper. Certified Firearms Instructor from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center along as an Instructor with the NRA. Certified Field Maintenance Armorer for Sig Sauer p320 series, P365 series and the Glocks. Currently trains Federal Law Enforcement Officers with pistols and rifles in standard proficiency qualifications up to 100 yards, along with tactics.
Doug instructs simply to help people of all backgrounds and professions become more capable with a firearm so they can enjoy their favorite pastime more or perform their duties in their job better and more confidently. He seizes the opportunity to connect to students on a personal level, tailor the training towards their individual needs, and inject a little fun to top it all off.
Doug’s unique perspective on shooting is built around his training and experience in defensive and competitive shooting as a private citizen. He is passionate about helping others learn and apply the fundamentals at any skill level, whether you carry a gun for defense of yourself or your loved ones, or for recreational and competitive shooting. He is Owner/Chief Instructor of Cornerstone Tactics, Certified USCCA Instructor, and Range Safety Officer.

This 8 hour course offers recognized training material created by the Committed on Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (C-TECC) and the American Red Cross. Upon completion participants will be certified TECC First-Care Providers and Certified in CPR/AED by the Red Cross. In the event of a workplace accident, medical emergency, shooting, stabbing, training accident, or mass casualty event, time is the enemy of the wounded. The more people prepared to step-up and provide care, the better the chances are for survival. TECC is the globally recognized standard for initial, pre-medical, first aid. Cost is $200

Tactical Emergency Casualty Care, pre-med first aid
This 16 hour course is designed for Law Enforcement and Public Safety officials with a duty to act in the face of physical threat/medical emergencies. Knowing when to address the threat, how to address the wounded and understanding the chain of survival are all vital skills that will be certified in this course. This course provides TECC First Responder/Duty to Act certification and American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers certification. Cost is $380
